i was bending down looking at the bottom displayed row of items in the beauty section , apparently higher ups are coming today (07/17) however i dont think thats reason for the MANAGER to blatantly sweep infront of me without a simple excuse me , only a sorry after i looked his way .. because why. then he proceeds to act like he didnt just do that. luckily one of his employees was amazing and excused his behavior for him while i was asking for a manager , this is how i found out higher ups are coming. I understand getting your store ready for whoever is coming but simply , respect customers and make it pleasant for them to shop. Micheal R. is terrible at management, under stress at the least

My girlfriend loves dragging me to this location. They always have what's "trending on tik tok". Oh, and don't get me started on all the candles, and random home decor. Staff is friendly, customers have no sense of personal space. Good selection, reasonably priced stuff too. That didn't sell well in other stores. ???

Just like most Tj Maxx places, clean, professional, and great deals. Especially in South Florida, I've seen a lot of nice companies fall victim to the outside environment, causing them to look trashy and unprofessional.. go way up north and go to the same spots and stores and it'll look like a private billion dollar business just because how clean it looks.. down here in South Flordia everything is different.. but TJ Maxx is still the best store.

This is by far the best TJ Maxx in Pompano.
Did a small return this evening under $20 can I find my receipt and they wouldn't take it
They told me I've done three returns since they've opened
With no receipt didn't even get a gift card
Shame on them I won't be going back
A few months ago I stopped kind of a man from running out the store who was running with tons of clothes shoes purses stealing
Grab my phone took a picture of his truck and got the license tag
I did good for them
Didn't even get a thank you I'm done with this store
My return wasn't even $15

I am visiting from New York, and I went to TJ Maxx to get a few things today 4/5/24 I could not have had a better experience. First there was Chad (manager) you could see he really enjoyed his job and he was really good with people. Cares about his store and his team. Laura is the girl who checked me out at the end of the day, very pleasant, very laid-back, but you could see she cares about her job. Thank you for this tremendous shopping experience, I will be back.. Jennifer

The selection goes from baby items to clothes to household/kitchen items. WIll come again to this store for nice value. Service was friendly and fast.

When you can't find something getting assistance from staff can be quite difficult, a staff member just pointing in a direction and saying " just look over there" isn't quality customer service.

Good prices but employees are not very good at showing you where to find items they just point in a direction and tell you to "look over there". But it's not too bad of a place to shop just could use some better quality customer service.
