We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. What an amazing time! I was blown away with everything! The location was perfect. The kids had the best time and we didn’t want to leave. the accommodations for the kids I’ve never seen anywhere else, you can tell this house was an awesome house to raise a family. Anyways thank you so much Mike for being so accommodating and kind. From one business owner in travel to another, keep creating memories that last a lifetime time, priceless!!!

We had the best time at this house, they had everything we needed for the kids, from a high chair, pack and play, bathtub, to games and even a car seat! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. The rooms had clean linens and bathrooms had plenty of towels and pool towels. The house is stunning and the owner goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. Highly recommended!

Mike’s house is a gem - amazing location, thoughtfully stocked with things for both adults and kids, and well appointed with great furniture. The pool is beautiful and we had a great time enjoying the cabana and fire pit areas. Mike was a wonderful host - his communication great and he was really quick to answer any questions and offer help. We can’t wait to return!

Highly recommend Tropical Florida Rentals! The property was stunning, with breathtaking views and all the comforts of home. The attention to detail was impressive, and we felt truly pampered throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and available to assist with any questions or concerns. This was by far one of the best vacation experiences we've had, and we can't wait to come back!

I can not say enough about this location! Had a nice little long weekend getaway with family and friends, and it felt so luxurious being in this house. We had 6 adults and 3 kids, and we were all comfortable with enough space for ourselves. The beds are super comfy, and I slept like a rock! It was great to wake up to views of the beautiful intercoastal waterway, right outside the primary bedroom sliding glass doors. The kitchen, dining and living room is all one big open space, and we got to watch the boats go by while we ate. Kids had a great time in the pool and feeding the fish from the dock. And we loved that there was access to one of the 5 bathrooms right from the patio so no one had to go through the house wet. My son also thought is was the coolest thing ever to shower outside. Lol. All and all this house was very comfortable, and the hosts are fantastic, very welcoming and had excellent communication the entire weekend. Definitely going to book again!

We have been utilizing the services of Tropical Florida Rentals for the last 3 years. It is rare that we have needed to contact the office or Mike for any issue, but when we do the response is immediate or within 10 minutes and the problem is resolved. Staff has been very accommodating and attentive to our requests and needs. I can recommend Mike and his staff without reservation. I look forward to our next visit.
