Why does it take so very long to make a straight deposit ie check without any cash back? This branches drive up is so slow I mean 10 minutes and I saw 3 people inside the window . I asked the teller to just return my deposit because I couldn't wait any longer she told me to use mobile app. I am a errand runner and don't have their app.I would never recommend anyone bank there.Whatever happened to customer service are we just supposed to suck it up and live with this lack of professionalism? There I feel better

Lisa and Wayne seem to have hired an awesome person at this Wells Fargo. Frantz Jean-Pierre helped me get a new card, make a withdrawal, and tried to compensate (emotionally) when a young employee made a glaring mistake while we waited in line. I've been with Wells Fargo most of my life and the service is exceptionally better than the previous mainstream banker.

They'll turn on the water sprinklers by the atm if your black and call the police to watch. So if your black don't get money or cash your check at night or early in the morning or you'll end up getting wet.

This branch is crap. None of the bankers want to help. They would rather sit in their offices killing time on their phones instead of helping waiting customers. When you ask them for help they say theyre not bankers. Instead they make the one hispanic guy with the glasses do all the work.

I have been with this bank since it was Wachovia. The personal customer care is such a Blessing. Franz is a great help and banker assistant. He always solves my issues and makes me smile. Yes, they are short handed sometimes in the inside tellers, but usually the drive ups are empty.

Do not come to this branch from 12 to 2pm. Only 1 cashier. 2 customer service rep. Been waiting for over 1 hour.
