So I have been insured with State Farm years ago. And now I’m back. Literally BEST DECISION ever. Whatever I did wrong years ago I will make sure not to do it this round. I had the pleasure of working with NIKKI and through the whole process she was very helpful. Think I asked her like 10 questions and with no frustrations she answered all 10 questions. I've had the pleasure of working with Nicky Glasser as an insured for years. Anytime that I need assistance she is there to assist me. Nicky even went into the office on her day off to help me obtain a policy that I needed written. Now that is customer service!!!

Ms. Nicky Glasser is an outstanding person and agent. She is kind, polite, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She takes the time to answer my questions and explains everything clearly.

I have had my car and life insurance for 10 years with this agency and have always been treated with respect. Nicky is always prompt to answer my questions and handled my claim from beginning to end. Prices are always up and down but I stay for the customer service. Highly recommend.

the staff are unprofessional ! Nicki seems to have a dislike for men! she is very condescending and always has an attitude.
called to have a new vehicle in November. she keyed the vin wrong by 1 number then later reported an accident to the reporting agencies as my fault when we were hit by an uninsured driver. which state farm found in my favor buyer beware !

0% I recommend this agency!!!! Call these days because you need to clarify some questions. and the service was too unpleasant from a woman who says she will call customer service.too rude. I have an agent who helped me with my car insurance issues. I don't know why the system changed me to this location. I do not recommend this office. If I am going to pay for a service they should be very kind to their clients.

Worst company ever! Canceled my insurance because of tows, which I specifically asked about before I used them. Said they sent me a warning letter, to the wrong address, which I told them to change MULTIPLE times. Little did I know I've been driving around with no insurance for a month. Only reason I found out was because the DMV sent me a letter that they were going to suspend my license. STAY AWAY!!
