Listen I lived over here damn near my whole life and this 7/11 has got so bad to the point you need a manager to do EVERYTHING!!!! Mind you, a manager is never there past 12pm (I’m just finding out today). This is the only reason I’m writing this review. This place never give me no other issues besides the point whenever I need to pay something or even get change it’s always “oh a manager needs to do it there not here” and I mean almost EVERYTIME with the same lady who always there, like damn she might as well be the manager. Yall need to get this together because I really prefer a 7/11 that’s right outside the neighborhood rather than going x amount of miles down the road. I’m just providing feedback so yall can do better cause this whole manager this manager that when the manager barely be here throughout the day for real is ridiculous!!!!! It gives yall want to push customers away.

Improper working registers where couldn't print receipt and wanted to refund my original purchase to re ring on another register just to get a receipt. Are you kidding me? So have to wait the days for a refund, waste more time there to have cashier re ring and pay another time for a receipt.

Girl yall got working overnights is always no food while she’s chilling in the corner with what im guessing is her boyfriend behind the counter, doing the bare minimum. I’m not one to call in complaints, but I’m definitely making the calls. Love day and morning shift they are always so helpful and have the best service, but overnight girl is a joke and needs to go. Pull up the cams if you need to verify and see
Update! Asette (hope I spelled it right) is working overnights now, she is the true mvp! Customer service is A+, pizza on point, yall better be paying her good or give her a raise!

Every employee that was working on 12/12/24 needs to be replaced they actually don’t feel like they need to do their job if you don’t like where you work don’t treat your job customers disrespectful because you’re unhappy. The shift time was between 12:15pm - 12:30pm when I experienced this service and each Employee needs to be replaced.

This is my local gas station/convenient storw of choice, and I've come to know most of the cashiers. :)
The customer service is always good in my experience, and the store is clean and has a good layout.

I literally live in between two 7-Elevens on boyette rd and I would NEVER go to the other store simply due to the amazing cashier they have working there for a while now. She's so welcoming, great communication skills, informative and pro ably needs a raise right now! Night shift Queen??!

Didn’t have a good 7-Eleven experience until tonight. Danielle was the sweetest and funniest clerk I’ve ever met. So thankful for her and I definitely will return to this location just because of her services ! So genuine and pleasant. Thanks for a great experience Danielle:)

Gas is already expensive as it is the sign says $5.17 a gallon I put my debit card in its not my credit card and it charged me an extra .10 cents per gallon
