EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sean was extremely helpful and kind in assessing and assisting my 87 year old mother upgrade her phone and TV service. Laid out cost saving options and set up both her phone and dish tv service. Came home and did exactly as instructed and service worked perfectly. Highly recommend. Sean is excellent at his job.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the AT&T store at the Lithia / Fishhawk location on numerous occasions. This time, I was upgraded my iPhone and required assistance due to an oversight on my part. Fortunately, Manager Sean Silva was available. He is always an asset, full of abundant energy and enthusiasm. He possesses the strength of character to tackle any issue, along with irrepressible curiosity and the ability to fix things. He can see through problem areas and provide effective solutions. His positive attitude and outlook, combined with his ethically honest personality, ensure that we will continue to frequent only this AT&T store.
It’s clear he strives for success through self-motivation and a strong sense of purpose. In my opinion, he is very intelligent, inquisitive, and confident, which eases any situation. I especially enjoy his energetic, resilient personality, his sense of humor, and, when necessary, he is a polished and a persuasive speaker, capable of articulating complex ideas in layman terms. He demonstrates sound, mature judgment, and his potential for learning and growth is unlimited.

Sean is the store manager and was absolutely fantastic!
I came in to upgrade my Apple Iphone and he had the phone I wanted with the memory I needed. We reviewed my AT&T plan and help me transfer my data over from my old phone to my new phone. What was really special - the next day I had some issues with some of the phone apps (don't we all), he helped me resolve them all. AT&T has a truly wonderful manager here and I hope nothing but huge success for this Lithia/Fishhawk store. Sean that you for your professionalism and dedication to your customers!

Shawn and team absolutely crushed it. I’ve never had someone do so well in transferring my old phone over to a new one. Seamless. My new phone, apps, backed up data, mirrored my old phone.
While we were at it, he also looked at my bill and found a way to provide a better option for my insurance that saved $20 a month.
Highly recommend!!

Looks like I was ‘misled’ like another customer at this location. Went in for a phone upgrade and walked out under the impression (because I was told) that my bill will remain relatively the same.
Fast forward to the next month and miraculously, my bill went up over a hundred dollars. On further inspection, I saw that Next Up and insurance was added to each phone. Furthermore, he didn’t even add the lower cost Protect Advantage plan that lets you insure 4 phones for a slightly lower price. Instead he maxed out the insurance on each phone as individual insurance plans.
Bill cramming is apparently quite a common thing with this employee (Z). Thanks ATT, I am glad my loyalty to your company over the years has been rewarded.
