By far the worst bank of America office I have ever been for the past 20 +years, very unhelpful, two separate visits- same attitude by different employees. Level of training - questionable.

Upon arrival at 3:40 pm I seen they shut the gates insides and nobody was working except one employee in the office I really needed their help today in a timely manner but I guess this isn't good enough for them for business , lights were dimmed and I seen a heavy set employee leaving early I really needed them so this is why I gave them 1 start I don't accept lazy or rude business or anything less

A terrible bank. I've had them lie to me when they just didn't want to do something. "You can't deposit a third party check." Yes I can. It's on your website. "No it's not." Yes, it is. That's just one simple example. They often pushed back when trying to get basic service. We closed 6 accounts that contained over half a million dollars. No one even called. Much happier at Wells Fargo.

I don't find banks as a whole "awful" as one reviewer laments. Indeed, banks provide a personal service and greeting customers, even getting to recognize customers is not only friendly and helpful, but also done to remember and identify its customers for security reasons. Every time I have visited this branch bank, I have found the personnel extremely helpful and friendly -- and worthy of my business. BOA's app is excellent, so most transactions don't even require a bank visit. Checks can be scanned for deposit with a smartphone and more. The drive-through banking is quick and efficient.

We just moved into the area and over the past 6 weeks had to come to this branch to take care of three different things. Every time we received professional service and our needs were taken care of promptly. In one instance my husband had to run in for documents 5 minutes before their closing time and was helped past the time they lock the door. It was crucial for us to get these papers on that day and the branch manager didn't fail us. For other two things we made appointments and there was no problem with service.

Rude and condescending employees . Shared my private information for everyone to hear in line behind me. The most depressing bank I've ever seen. Employees are pitiful at best.

Horrible customer service! Have to make a 30 minute appointment for a 2 minute notary service. Get a phone call from a representative to confirm appointment 30 minutes before appointment time. Get there 10 minutes into the appointment time (basically 20 minutes left of my assigned appointment which would take 2 minutes to do) to find out that my appointment has been cancelled, "they are busy with another customer" during my appointment time. Two notaries in the office and not one of them can take 2 minutes to take care of my notary service. Was told to make another appointment or take my papers elsewhere to get notarized. Such a simple service to provide and they can't get it straight! I will notarize my papers elsewhere, and take my business elsewhere where customer service is a priority!

I have to say,the second time we went to this bank,the manager went above and beyond to help us.He even generously offered us a ride to receive our car from our mechanic several miles away..So far,I've had nothing but great customer service..Nice employees!

Worst bank in America. Sell you hard to bank with them and then treat their customers horribly. Will never bank with BofA ever again. Any other bank is a better option!

Have you ever been inside a bank before? The greeter or whatever at this particular BofA doesn't think you have. Don't worry, he'll let you know exactly where to go and what to do, very energetically. Did you know you need a deposit slip to make a deposit? Can you see with your two eyes where the teller desk is? DON'T WORRY - he'll show you exactly where it is. Banks are awful and this one in particular is really terrible. Oh, and then the teller couldn't count money correctly. So I had to do his job for him, which was pathetic. Counting bills is your job, bro. Not mine.
