“Woody’s is far better than most of the self service car washes that seem to be popping up on every corner these days. The vacuums always have really strong suction, lots of towels and cleaners available. Faith who works the vacuum areas is very friendly and immediately starts helping you dry your car and makes sure you know where everything is at. She does a great job and clearly keeps herself busy for the customers.”

“My experience started fine pressure was good amount of soap was good, I did have an issue with the dryer not a big deal don't use it for much
But when I was finished I hit the end button but I wouldn't work it kept on charging me until it hit 15.00
I called the number posted on the wall no answer I left a voicemail, then 5 minutes later I got a call back and the woman in charge apologized for what was going on and she happened to be close by she showed up 10 minutes after we spoke on the phone immediately started repairing what was wrong and assured me she would refund the extra charge back to my card and a couple of days later I did receive the refund.
Things go wrong especially with card machines but my inconvenience was small and they took care of my overcharge but more important she was there immediately to fix the problem so it would not happen to the next customer, that is excellent customer service and someone who knows what she is doing... I will definitely return”
