I go out of my way to go to the Crossroads Ace Hardware store. There is always someone to assist you; you don't have to track down a salesperson and wait in line for help. The staff is knowledgeable, and they offer carry out. All of these factors are very important to a widow trying to figure out how to do things. I'd like to particularly commend George Tillery for his excellent customer service and Diane for her excellent management skills.

Looks like it's been 6 years since I gave these guys a review, so high time for an update...Yesterday evening, our well pump failed. Friday evening, of course! It's 6:45pm and I know Ace closes at 7. So, I call them to see if they have starting capacitors (having checked I had voltage right up to the capacitor). A lovely lady checked for me and said they had several, so I hot-foot it up there.The young lady who'd been so helpful on the phone - Traylee - went above and beyond helping me find the nearest-sized capacitor. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, even though it was closing time. Even when the manager started hassling us to finish up (which I felt was a bit uncalled for), Traylee held her ground because she was in the middle of helping her customer.I run a software company with some big, Fortune 1000 customers, and that is EXACTLY the kind of customer service I try to encourage from our employees.My prediction: Miss Traylee will be managing the store a couple of years from now.

Might want to inform your employees not to be so rude and state you close in one minute, the associate didn't offer to show me where the one item I wanted was, just told me I'm looking right at it. I asked where, and he just said, " it's right in front of you". Trying to find something after being pressured with " we close in one minute" yeah, wasn't enjoyable. Should have took my business elsewhere.

Sat outside for 20 minutes waiting on someone after going in and asking for refills on my propane tanks while my toddler screamed in the parking lot.Ridiculous.

Just went there recently looking for a AC filter for the fam bam & Ron made my experience run so smoothly thru out the entire time & when I got to the register a young lady named Brook was an unexpected joy helping me get the correct batteries I needed! Totally recommend, service is out of this world 10/10!

Well stocked. Closest tool store near me and always have what I need and am looking for. Staff is helpful and answers questions.I go here to get my propane tanks filled as well.

What can I say about ACE Hardware that doesn't sell them short?I've only been in this area for a short while and yet I'm good at calling ACE Hardware my local Hardware Store.You might think that the size of the building limits ACE Hardware's ability to have what you need to complete that much needed project that's been haunting you.Let me assure you that BIG THINGS COMES IN SMALL PACKAGES!!!!They have EVERYTHING you need to fix anything for home, garden, and farm!!!If you are looking for a new look at your humble abode then their paint selection is as good if not better than most other hardware stores with one of the BEST PAINT Names in the business: Valspar !!!!So instead of going all the way into town for one of the big Name hardware stores, give ACE Hardware a visit, unless you need a trailer load of lumber.
