I’m no storage facility expert, this is is my first time. I called around and ultimately chose FH storage because it’s locally owned and NOT corporate. The woman in the office are personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to access. I feel like a member and not just a number. Prices seem similar everywhere so the personal touch really made the difference.

I had an awesome experience with Fishhawk storage. Their communication is great. When I left my lock unlocked, they notified me. Everyone was always helpful when I called as well.

We’ve had a unit here for years. The property is clean, accessible, and well lit. The most convenient thing for me is the automatic monthly pay. I also get an email reminder from the storage company that it is being taken out ahead of time.

FishHawk storage has an attentive and friendly staff. Their facilities are always clean, well stocked and staffed. I've needed to ask them for something twice in as many years. It's always been provided in a punctual and pleasant way.

Over the 23 years that I’ve lived in the area, I have used FH Storage many times. I have never had a negative experience. It is clean, well maintained and the staff are always wonderful!

The facility was always clean and the climate control was great. The staff was always friendly and professional. The only drawback was the constant price increases on a regular basis.
