“I’m no storage facility expert, this is is my first time. I called around and ultimately chose FH storage because it’s locally owned and NOT corporate. The woman in the office are personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to access. I feel like a member and not just a number. Prices seem similar everywhere so the personal touch really made the difference.”

“The customer service at this extra storage space has always been top tier. Every time I have checked in or out the desk attendant has always helped swiftly and efficiently. The reason I give 4/5 is it could be a bit cleaner. If you pay enough attention you will notice; one main example is the bathroom. Which I find a bit upsetting as there is only one, so the upkept shouldn’t be a bother.
This didn’t affect my rating however, I do think it would be nice if there was a dumpster for customers. Especially considering in Florida the dump closes at 5pm, but the storage units are accessible till 10pm. See the timing issue?
