Absolutely the BEST experience with a cell phone issue ever! Chris was amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. In and out with everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service and experience. And he even saved me on my monthly bill.

I had a old phone and needed to upgrade badly. After calling in to see what specials I could get, I decided to come in and choose from a few new model phones. I don't like change but Chris was able to explain the differences, and most importantly the benefits to my new phone. Got a good promo and am very happy I came in. 😌

Chris at Wireless Zone of Lithia did an excellent job of upgrading my Verizon cell phome to a new iPhone 16 Pro Max. He was able to transfer all of my photos, apps and documents with ease and got me a great trade-in for my old phone. Chris is very experienced and knows how to trouble-shoot any wireless device.
