Horrible service at the Pharmacy. Repeatedly attempted to get a refill on my son’s medication, kept being told it had been ordered, but nope. Now after a full week, we are out of medication, and they STILL has not ordered the meds from the mfg. Ask for this to be escalated to no avail. They literally told us earlier today it would be ready in 30 minutes, but went I called later to check, was told they didn’t have any.

Very frustrating.. their prices NEVER come up as the sticker price you see on the sales items.. when asked why the price posted is not what OSS coming up on the register they say it’s the wetting item.. okay so fix the price tag! Customer service is terrible.

I like to stop in for convenient snacks and sales.
But today irritated me, “prescription center is closed from 1:30-2:00pm”. I decided to wait and they did not get the sign out of the road until 2:07pm.

Great team all round, but, not great in photo department. Asked for 3 sets of photos and a free copy on emails and the guy gave me one set and usb drive.

DO NOT send your RX there if it is a controlled substance. The pharmacy refused to fill my rx that I have been taking for months at another walgreens. This is a life saving med for me to be able to function. My Dr office called and they flat out refused them also.

I use this store a lot to order photo products. Employees are always very helpful. The lady manager helped me recently.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent. I called and asked if I could come pick up my inhaler, they said yes your prescription is ready. Excellent, I hop in the car excited to breathe again, get there 30 minutes later only to find out they were looking at someone else’s prescription and they had put mine back because the insurance didn’t cover it. No worries can you send it over to cvs? Oh of course, we will send it over there right now. Drive an additional 20 minutes to cvs and when I asked if they had sent anything over they looked at me like I rode the short bus in. They never sent it over. Imagine that. Don’t go to this pharmacy.

Made a reservation for covid test and still had to wait for 15 minutes. Ended up having the test at the same time with the person who booked for the next time slot.
