I called about 15 min until 4pm. Unaware of their hours operations. The lady who answered the phone answered "storage!" When I said hello? She rudely said storage again. I said " yes mam, what time do you close?" Her response just as rude as her greeting was "soon, what do you need?" I said "I'm sorry?" As I wasn't exactly sure what she said, where she then rudely confirmed exactly what I had thought. I won't recommend anyone to them with the brief and rude encounter

I understand when you get behind on your payment they do what they have to do. But no contact from them to inform you and to justjust t someone's ashes away is the rudest and most heartless thing you could ever do.
