“The live oak store gets a 5 star the lady that assisted me today was wonderful everything went smooth as it did the first time I came and got an a/c but when the lady was trying to get ahold of the lake city store to verify that the washer and dryer that I wanted is in stock I ended up waiting 45min were I tried to call to see what was going on they answered my call and immediately put me on hold then not a min later the phone starting ringing and the call ended. I was told that the lady at the lake city store said she transferred my call to the live oak store but i was standing in the live oak store the whole time and the store phone never rang i had to leave because i did not want to be late for work today and the only reason I am going back to give aarons my business is because of the lady who runs the live oak store she was very professional and had a very professional attitude with the situation. lake city store gets a 1 star”
