“They did an excellent job on my truck doors. People had dinged my doors and I wanted them repainted. I try to stay away from these people who just love to open doors on other peoples cars. Plus they repaired damage from a clothes rack. Great company”

“I was looking for brake calipers for my truck. Unfortunately the calipers we not in stock.
So I was given the option of having them sent to my home or have them sent to the store. Either way, it would have taken 3 or more days. I could not wait that long.
We had to go to a different part store to get them.
All of this was checked on the website, so...there was no type of interaction with personal.
I did however visit the garden center.

“Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center - I was helped quickly, and the employees were friendly. As I waited, and without eavesdropping, I enjoyed the camaraderie of the employees, from the ones behind the counter and those behind the scenes. Whenever the technicians would retrieve another order, they would take time to speak with the manager, Jalon—mostly respectful banter. In fact, I saw at least four other employees - from different work areas - come to the Oil Change section just to speak with Jalon. I appreciated that the employees were close like that. :)”
