“The loan process was quick, painless, and very straight forward. I understand for a small branch that they don't have local loan people (beyond taking your info), and that the process is approved outside of the branch office for underwriting. I was called the same day for what I can only call a second pre-interview, and was told that the loan was headed to underwriting. Later the next day, not having heard anything and headed into a Saturday, I stopped by the branch. This act seemed to trigger the underwriting people, and once in review I was quickly approved.I do question how long the process might have taken had I not stopped by?The kicker for me, and the impetus for a 4 star review is the multiple times daily requests for reviews post approval. Eventually these request boarder on spam.”
