Today my bank surprised me when normally I use the machine, however it was down so walked inside to make my deposit and the lady offered to upgrade my acct to a free fee one saving 13.00 a month and even credited this current months fee waved....so great job...... helping the senior citizen

I am not a fan of td bank as a whole. However, the GM John Burley did take time to deal with my frustration and remedy the issues with my account.

I had to come from out of town. John and his staff were helpful and friendly. They are always very nice here. I'll remember you TD Bank in Live Oak!
