They have refunded my month and have behaved fairly as far as I am concerned. The mildew could have been because of the hurricane and was a lot of work but mostly was able to be cleaned

Really bad in the beginning. We had to pay a deposit to move in, we paid it. They told us to put our stuff in one storage. Unit so we went and put all of our stuff in one storage unit. And because they didn't know what was what. They cut the lock from our storage unit. and did not replace it. Went down there to find out why. And to see that they had cut 3 other locks. Off of someone else's storage also. Then told us we could keep our stuff in the unit. But we had to replace the lock ourselves again. We stayed there, kept paying our rent for keeping the storage shed. And then when I moved out. They charged an extra cleaning fee. Without permission when they already had a $200 deposit. And I explained to them that I would pay the cleaning fee on my following pay check. But instead, they took the money now and made my bank account. Bounce do not trust them, they are crooks. They keep raising the rent of the unit. It was ridiculous. If you cut someone's lock off and it should not have been cut off. You should replace it, and if you took a $200 deposit before you moved in, that should cover all cleaning cost. Also if you were in the e in live oak If you need a witness hey

Don’t store here. Water flows in and ruins your belonging and they don’t care. Not friendly or nice people at all. All they want is your money.

DONT USE contacted management several times about mice in the unit they put poison around the unit that made the mice die in side All of my items inside the unit they don’t care about there Customer
