Really glad they are here. Called ahead of time to check, thing is.. Lucas was great. Great customer service, humble, respectful, attentive. Even though the phone we discussed wasn't available, he did find an available solution. I actually appreciate the difference.. thanks again.

If it was possible I'd give them less then 1 star.. Absolutely worse wireless phone company to deal with their business skills and rules for doing business needs ALOT of improvement..

Went to the the cricket office in live oak the customer representative was very rude and didn't seem to know what she was talking about and seemed very unaware of what an esim was and how to activate it on my phone

The service is not good and the employees there are racist and do not do there job this should be dealt with.

The costumer service in this office is horrible, from the simplest employee to the manager. The company pays for the employee's telephone service but he does not use it to offer customer service. We needed drive 22 miles just to know that the store don't have internet but the employee hangout my call just arguing that the phone that appear on Google as a store number is her personal phone. HORRIBLE and RUDE SERVICE.

Came in with a white screen. Had my clear folder with the important life documents (bc ssc, ID). I set it down while she tried see what she could do for a phone.. then Marybell (spelling) came thro in a clutch and helped me fix phone. I set my folder down and then looked at other phones. I've asked them to simply check the cameras... they haven't checked the camera for me over week later.. nor really helped me figure out where I set it down, who picked it up or if I did leave with it.. thing is I have been recovering from four panic attacks in a two day span. We had just been rained out and I'm seeking help finding this clear folder. Asked if I could make a flyer with a reward yet.. again no help.. I'm greatfull Marybell helped but now I'm quite disappointed in myself and livid that this cricket refuses to help in a timely manner. These are documents that are life altering and quite deviating at the same time.. please please if you found a clear medium/small plastic file folder, turn it into the police. I've already made a police report
