Tbh this be my favorite store. BUT the Caucasian lady that works in the pharmacy drive through with blew eyes (cause one blew this way and the other one blew the other way) but nah she really does have blue eyes. Anyways, I was picking up my son’s medication and this lady asked me for my ID, I pull out my American USA passport card and put it in the box this lady, barely takes a look at it and push’s it back in the box towards me and says- “we don’t accept ID from other countries” mind you I couldn’t even believe what she said so I automatically go “what?” And she repeats it, so of course I automatically without thinking spit out “ma’am that is an American passport card what do you mean from another country?” She quickly pulls the box back picks up my card and looks at it , and then she proceeds to do her thing. And then another pharmacist comes over to help her, and whatever was going on in there cause I couldn’t hear them, she then comes to back on the phone and tells me she needed a Flórida ID or drivers license , I tell her that ID, is considered as an ID and is valid, she hesitates on giving me the medication goes over to another pharmacist an African American woman they’re talking back and forth I obviously can’t hear them but the African American woman kept looking at me while they talked and giving me the dirtiest looks. I can tell the other pharmacist from the other side said she could give me the medication and to give me my sons medication she comes to the phone tells me I have to sign, and that they didn’t want to give it to me at first because the address for the medication or CVS prescription was as a address from tampa and could not be picked up at the live oak pharmacy, mind you this prescription was sent from north Flórida pediatrics from live oak, and I explained that to her. She doesn’t apologize not once for her remark and after I sign and get the medicine I told her for future reference before assuming that someone gave you a out of country ID just because you’ve apparently never seen an American passport card ID and probably just used to always seeing the Flórida one, don’t assume because someone looks Hispanic/latina that they handed you an out of country ID , always check first because that was such a disgusting act. To just assume due to you having lack of knowledge. Racist is exactly what that lady is.

My experience that I had with CVS... Was was not a good experience they could see you standing there and it would be five or six people in the back and they won't even ask you do you need help and its two sisters that work there I think they're twin sisters they are very rude... They kept giving me the wrong medicine they was trying to charge me $1,000 for my medicine when I had Medicaid so I didn't have a good experience with CVS in live Oak Florida

If I can give zero Stars I would none of the pharmacy employees seem to be caring about the patient, every time we go up there it's all we don't have the prescription filled but we did get it 2 hours ago the old lady with the glasses that does fill the prescriptions seems like she doesn't care about her job the other employees there seems like they need more training on how to talk to customers how do you expect people to come to your store and be treated like nothing just from my personal experience

CVS makes coupon use Complicated and too many times their products are out of date or too near out of date Products are excessively expensive so I only use coupons and hold their feet to the fire or don’t buy I Only go to CVS with a coupon and when it’s something g I frequently use I do t recommend cvs for anything else. Too many times products are not even available that are advertised so it may be a ruse to just get you in the store

The team member that helped me at checkout was very helpful to me. He was very kind in helping me with my purchase. If he had not explained to me about how the buy one get one free worked, I would have missed out on this great deal. I didn’t know that you could mix the items.

Today I went to CVS in Live Oak and the young lady at the register went above and beyond helping me save and made sure I was aware of the extra bucks coupons, and you can go to the cvs machine and see if your phone number has any coupons attached to it. This lady Maciallan truly took her time and walked over to the machine and helped me save like 20 dollars and actually some of my medications I got free from the OTC program which I did one time try to see if I was qualified for the OTC free items at Walgreens and Walgreens didn’t accept that. Today if it wasn’t for this amazing young lady I would had totally forgot about the OTC program she is absolutely amazing at her job! Extremely helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Most of the time employees just want you out of there face, and checked out, I’ve never in my life experienced such a helpful and beautiful lady like her who truly cares for the customers and was so helpful! Who ever hired her, you did a great job!! She’s definitely a great employee, and now because of her I will go to CVS a whole lot more! And I’m signing up for the CVS monthly subscription to get 20% off of all my CVS purchases I didn’t know CVS will deliver things for free with that subscription! Maciallan is the best! And i definitely think she should be a manager if only more employees really took the time to be so helpful! I think today she is the best customer service employee I’ve ever met!!! She’s absolutely amazing person!!!! Thankyou so much, for being so helpful, and welcoming! It’s people like her that makes this world a better place!!! I give her 10 stars!!! Definitely the best customer experience I’ve ever encountered in my entire life!!!!

Held my medicine for a month and still wont give it to me. Tried to call and OF COURSE! They make you speak to the robot and the robot will not connect you to a person to answer questions you get sent to the voicemail. Definitely will be going to a different pharmacy

Absolutely hate dealing with CVS. Every time my Rx needs renewing it's a major headache and process and the worst part is you can't speak with anyone. You get stuck in the endless loop of automated hell and you get no where.

I have had CVS as my pharmacy now for close to two years now and I have never had a problem with anyone nor anything to do with this particular store, everyone is kind and very helpful friendly and respectful, my prescriptions are always on time and they go above and beyond , which brings me to today 5/21/24 at around 115 pm , my son didn’t get what the ladies name was but who ever it was working on this day at this time who rang up James Perry’s prescription and then proceeded to pay for it also I just wanted you to know you are a special person and you have a very good heart and I learned a lot from your kindness today because often I look at this as a harsh world and it’s people like you that remind me that there are still great people and I just wanted to thank you for your kindness to my son who was picking my prescriptions up for me on this day.
