I showed up at 11 and both techs were with a client you said sit for a moment then you started a pedi and stated it was only you 2 technician working today (nothing was said about more workers coming) and you both had your clients.
So again you lost me as a new client and Pretty Nails (5 min away) gained a new customer.

I just moved here from Colorado have to find a new nail ladie and called for an appointment at 11 got there and there doing other people nails when I asked the ladie was totally rude and says we'll there only 2 of us and were with our clients wth ok u lost a new client and you need to learn customer service and respect

I had a wonderful experience. The young lady asked questions and chose my freestyle design appropriately for me and the activities I engage in. I also understood every word they spoke which was unusual as well. I would absolutely go back and recommend the salon! There is no surprise regarding the cost of services either.
