Bobby was the coolest, most genuine mechanic I've ever had. Left on a road trip from south Florida to Colorado and my Jeep had problems on the interstate. Basically had to go there to get work done and it was honest and reasonable. Definitely recommend this garage!

I was towed to Gillette's because my vehicle wouldn't start back and doing odd things. They spent 5 minutes looking at it said it was a loose distributor wire and charged a diagnostic fee. Hoped on the interstate couple miles down the road and made it about 2 miles and my vehicle over headed and it had not ever gotten hot before. They do not do quality work and do not take responsibility for their work. I would definitely not recommend. Shotty !!!

We broke down on the highway late at night, we figured the alternator failed. The next morning we called the Honda dealer and was quoted $900 to replace. After reading the reviews we decided to tow it to Bobby’s and have it fixed there. We are sure glad we did!
He got us in right away, replaced the alternator and serpentine belt all for $530.
Fair price, quality service. Very happy

I haven't ever personally done business with this Gillette Auto Incorporated but I know of three individuals that have taken their vehicles there and their experience that they told me about this business they were ecstatic I would recommend any of my family or friends or anybody come along to have their vehicle worked at this establishment I've heard a thousand times over and over what great business is this place is a man it must be a great place to have a vehicle worked on just saying.

I am not one to take my vehicles to shops I consider myself I decent mechanic. I have taken 3 different vehicles to 3 different shops with my 96 k1500 Z71 being the 3rd in that list. With that being said the other 2 times I've been to a shop I have gotten both of those vehicles back in worse condition than dropped off with damaged cosmetics or faulty mechanic work. However this time I can not say the same for either circumstance I got my truck back in better condition than when I bought it. He fixed my main issue of loss of spark and no start and truck out of time. He also went above and beyond by also repairing my faulty hood latch so now my hood opens and closes like fresh off the line or even better. When I bought the truck it had a high idle in park around 1100rpm-1600rpm to a smooth idle of 400-800rpm. And all for a extremely fair price I could not complain whatsoever. Extremely satisfied!

I had the privilege of bringing my vehicle here bc he is the serviceman for the Intoxalock breathalyzer devices for Suwannee county.He was able to troubleshoot my device when long phone calls with the corporate Intoxalock office were telling me I needed to buy a new device and all this.He knew that mine was throwing error codes bc I wasn't driving my vehicle enough and my battery was being drained.He went back and forth for a better part of an hour and a half to try to get my device to let me start my car.He able to do in an hour and half, when the guy on the phone was telling me had to drop the car off and make an appointment for next week and all this bull!!! These companies will try to take your very HARD earned money, and I'm glad that we were set up with someone who takes pride in their work and fairness.He is an honest man and only wanted to charge me for the monthly calibration.Hats off to you Bobby. Thanks man!!! Hope you and the fam had a blessed holiday, and say hello to the girls for me!! ??⬛?✌️
