‼️ATTENTION‼️This place is hands down the best shop in the surrounding counties.! I'm very picky about who works on my vehicles because i want to be sure things are done RIGHT at a FAIR price. A little over a year ago we gave jon and his crew a chance at putting a timing chain/ water pump kit on my 2007 honda Odyssey. Not only did they do a GREAT job but also at a FAIR price. Ive had them do other things to the van after my great experience with the timing kit. The van still runs great today and stIll under warranty with these guys for almost another year/ 20k more miles.
Last week i gave these guys another chance with a different one of my vehicles. i dropped my 98 Chevy Silverado ( my child) off for diagnostic with ac and sluggish starting. these guys were able to determine the problem pretty quickly and had my vehicle back 100 percent in no time. The ac will run you out.!! I'll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else but HERE.!

Purchased an engine from lasper enginesaccording to gradys. It leaked oil fromfirstthe first day I got it.took back many times couldn't find it grays said . Talked with the manufacturer. They offered little help but addedf it was a simple engineto work on
Now out of warranty gradys is BS

Grady’s truly is top notch. They got me in for a diagnostic on my car, even though they were slammed. Got my car fixed way sooner than was expected to. They treated me with kindness and were very fair on their pricing. They really value their customers. Mr Grady explained in detail, and ways I was able to understand, what was wrong with my car, and didn’t jerk me around at all. They got my business for any problems in the future.

I used this service shop and I thought they were good except a few months ago , I took my vehicle in for an oil change and fuel filter replacement, they told me everything was good to go until I tried to drive home my truck kept stalling as soon as I left , they took it back and replaced a bunch of expensive parts it probably didn't need and charged me for them and still didn't fix it, I had it towed to a dealer they were able to fix it right away by bleeding the air out of the fuel lines.

Both gentlemen here are that, GENTLEMEN! Very knowledgeable, service oriented, fair in their pricing and honest, which is a combination for success, for them and us, their clients. They revived our 2001 Pathfinder, from a two year inoperative status. The repair was down to a component of an electronic board. NO ONE ELSE DOES THAT! Grady's, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! SECOND TO NONE!!!
