Before picking service, I looked at prices on handout. Totaled what I was going to pay. And at register, lady over charged. I didn't say anything because this was the 2nd time she did this. I thought 1st time was a mistake and said so then and she argued, so I assumed I miscalculated. 2nd time was different services from 1st and she did it again. I won't be going back until a new owner takes over. As it seems to be the norm every few years.

I went there a couple days ago to get a pedicure.And they made the bottom of my feet and heels bleed And they didn't even say they were sorry.Or even offer anything.I won't be going back there again

They did a great job! With all new management, they so friendly, helpful, They just remolded all things inside. Looks pretty good Special they have a Kid chair pedicure. Remember coming this November, they have 15% off for all services.

I went 10/1/22 for a gel pedicure and dip set on my nails. The guy (not Ken) who did my pedicure apparently needed a cigarette break before even starting which already started off on the wrong foot, he was rough handed and did not do a good job at all. He ended up messing up on three of my toes and call himself fixing it only for it to look even worse. I told him not to clip my toenails and he did it anyway. The only reason for the star is the girl who did my dip set was nice but that one on one attention that each customer deserves going in to an establishment she could not provide from working on two clients nails at the same time. This was my second time every visiting this establishment and I will not not be returning.

probably the worst pedicure i've ever gotten. the lady who did my nails was rude, rushed the entire time, literally rammed into the side of me while i was standing waiting for my friend to be finished and i wasn't even in her way. she didn't even put lotion on my legs after the exfoliation which i thought was weird because the other two people i was with got the same basic pedicure and got lotion. i could tell the service was rushed. we came from out of town and went to the closest nail place there was but we definitely will not be going back here again.

I think the owner did my pedicure, she talked about how many years the place had been there. I left with my feet bleeding from how short she cut my toenails and the cheese grater that she used on my feet. She didn't use a base coat or top coat. It was awful!

I was going to another salon I have my nails dipped. I went three times and was ready to take them off because they were so horrible. I went to happy nails and Tina what is my nail tech. Not only did she give me a beautiful set of nails but she gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had in my life. I totally recommend happy nails in Ormond by the Sea

Took my teenage granddaughter to Happy Nails for mani pedi. Male nail tech was working with client in the chair next to where my granddaughter was waiting. He kept staring at my granddaughter saying her simple shell ankle bracelet was "vodoo" and that teenagers "didn't know anything", that she "didn't know what she wanted" - going on and on about her appearance and making negative comments. He made he quite uncomfortable - so we excused ourselves and left. I understand they work with predominantly older clients, but perhaps he needs sensitivity training dealing with female younger clientele. His staring and his negative comments were totally inappropriate. I won't be going back.

I was pleased with the helpful attitude of the staff and satisfied with the old-fashioned manicure I received. (I don't t do gel polishes because I get restless to change colors every five days!- when it comes to anything with color, I am definitely obsessed!)

My nails have always looked great. Very nice people. I had an issue with gel chipping within some week applied. Amy got me in right away fix them. Great customer service!

First of all the Salon us very clean and covid precautions are very evident. They take your temp as you walk in..then have you wash you hands. Chairs are separates with plexiglass screens. Everyone is masked. I get basic mani and pedi . Prices are reasonable and the job is thorough. I usually just walk in and today with 4 people working I was taken immediately. No favorites..they are all good.

Def needs a thorough cleaning but my nails came out nice! Also, I tanned and am confident the bed hadn't been cleaned before me. There was an empty lotion packet next to the bed and when I wiped it down myself it was filthy, the brown tanning lotion was clearly all over it, likely from the body before mine. This is unacceptable under normal circumstances, but especially in pandemic.

I really wanted to like this place...my one star review has everything to do with the cleanliness of this place...I went in to get my acrylic nails removed...when the lady came back with a bowl of acetone for me to soak my nails in...there were chunks of nail particle floating around in the bowl...and I thought to myself..well maybe I'm seeing things...then when she finished with soaking my nails..I WATCHED her pour the acetone that she used with me BACK INTO THE JUG WITH A FUNNEL! They were very nice people but I can't risk getting my nails done there. I am immunocompromised (due to having had cancer) and I'm surprised I don't already have an infection...never saw them take out clean tools from an autoclave/new package/DISINFECTANT!!!?? Ps- I got my mom a gift card for Christmas for a mani pedi and she told me the place was dirty before I checked it out for myself. Yucky

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm pretty disappointed right now. I went here because I live close by. I've gotten quick manis before here and they were never awful but never great. I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. First off, they work so quickly the quality is low. They cut my heel so hard during the pedicure it hurts to stand. My dip manicure looks like a 5 year old did it, she didn't trim my cuticles or even even out the nails nor give them any shape. I never even got lotion put on me. The girl next to me had her nails soaking in acetone for like a half hour- I think next time, I'll drive a few minutes out of the way to get something quality. The bright side is I was done with both in less than an hour, $60 later..
