Very poor service, not many employees there to help you out and when you do find one, they don’t wanna walk more than two steps to show you where something is(after you’ve looked all over the store and it’s not where you think it would be)people very lazy there and unfriendly

It's not orange and white but it's all right. 3 years ago I tried to get a professional caulk gun(takes a standard tube but has extended squeeze handles) All they had was the weekend warrior guns with really tiny handles. About a year ago they started to get more of a selection and I did find some professional tools. The town is growing and they seem to be growing with the town which is good.

This morning we went to purchase doors, light fixtures, and a few miscellaneous items at self checkout (the pros desk is always busy) The cashier that was working had a name tag that read “Princess” She made a passive aggressive comment as if we could not afford what was on our cart before we had even began the ring items in. The entire time she continued to question if we had scanned items and continued to stop us to check the screen. She had to verify all our items were scanned 3 different times before she would allow us to pay. She even questioned our use of military discount… once we were done and walking out of the the light fixtures set off the door alarm and she called me as if I was a dog and checked EVERY item on the receipt AGAIN before allowing us to leave. The entire time I felt so harassed and belittled. To be treated as a theft before even given the opportunity to prove myself is insane… not that it matters but I spend tens of thousands there every year due to being in the construction industry and never have I felt so disrespected. To top it off I tried to contact the manager via phone call twice after leaving and was hung up on both times.

These people know absolutely nothing about paint, or anything hardware related. I mean I seriously could not find a staff that knows less about their industry than this store. The sad thing is every single Lowe's in America is becoming this way but this location really takes the cake when it comes to being absolutely incompetent. Stay away from this location at all costs. You could find better advice from a crackhead.

Great to see the same faces each day I go in the pro entrance. Nice to have a relationship with the people helping to make my living! They always offer cold bottle of water to pro customers. Pros also get a lunch or breakfast once every other month or so....
