“On the experience with the lab tech - Kim - She was PHENOMENAL. I have a long history of passing out when I have labs done. Not only did she accommodate me with lying down, she also made sure not to poke an already irritated vein. I did start to feel a little warm and she made sure I was cooling down properly, even got me some water and fanned me after. She went above and beyond expectations. She was able to get my vein on the first poke and successfully got SIX tubes without me even feeling light-headed.
My only complaint is this: there is no bathroom in the waiting room and only one bathroom for the whole location. And there's a kiosk to check in but no way to page/call anyone in the back if it isn't functioning or you were to need help.
On the directions from google - well, it leads you up the backside of the building which you would/could park in the grass, instead of having you come down 5th st where the actual parking lot is located.”
