“I recently went to the Verizon store in Live Oak…
I was very upset between issues with my phone and my bill that seems to increase constantly.
I walked in the store upset and left very happy.
So you see…. The associate Ashley listened to my issues and calmed me down and said… “ Let me go to work for you “
And boy did she… that girl fault for me like it was her own bill!
When she called customer service… she didn’t let up until she got all of my issues fixed! I was HIGHLY impressed with her! I will ONLY see her from now on!
You guys really have a diamond in Ashley!

“I went to the location in Live Oak, FL about a week ago. I was given the best service I've had in a long time from a phone service company. I went back to Cricket from AT&T and it has already proven to be a good choice. I worked with Ashley and a manager when I went in. They both were so welcoming and helpful. They answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the plans and benefits of each one. Ashley went above and beyond! She even put my screen protector on my new phone. I would give 10 stars if I could. They were awesome!”
