I appreciate all the staff at Passion Nails! They always go above and beyond to try and fulfill all my requests. My most recent visit I wanted a “back to school” image. I walked away thrilled because it more than exceeded my expectations.

They where so rude and rough and just rushing and talking about Me in front of me and the guy made my finger nail crooked and was arguing with me about it and saying it was my finger when it was obviously the nail.

At first when I came in today I was ready for a retouch and took my brother for a clear gel and a small design over . They took forever to work with us and they also seemed in a rush. My nails came in how I wanted them but I got charge as if it was for a full set of ombré when it was a retouch . My brother had gotten the clear gel with 2 small star designs and they were not shaped correctly and rushed. Overall I ended up paying 90$ and only for a clear gel cover that took no more than 15 mins for them and a really un shaped star .
Be careful of what they charge you for , without having an understanding of what they say you can barely hear or understand what they are saying.
This place is overall expensive and will charge you overpriced for a small design . Especially won’t design it in the right shape making it crooked.
First and last time we come here .

Was recently there, I notice absolutely no cleaning of any nail tools between customers. Nor cleaning of work stations at all between back to back customers. My nail lady did actually a wonderful job, prices great, but highly concerned about the lack of regard for nail cleanliness and hygiene. The power tools, had previous customers nail dust still on them. I should’ve spoken up. But I am writing this with good intentions in hopes that they can improve on cleanliness at the nail stations. It is important. And they do a good job so I would love to come back if you those steps can be taken.

Grace is absolutely fantastic! My pedicure was amazing. She took her time was friendly and interactive. Polish was layered perfectly. I will request her every time!

I always have a good experience here. Tracie has always been wonderful and Vivian did a beautiful job as well. A few of the men have done my toes on a few occasions and they've always done a great job too. I've been here several times now and I'll definitely keep coming back. I've tried a few other places locally in the 3.5 years we've been here, and this is the one I've liked the most.

This is always where I go to get nails done!! They’re always so nice and helpful. Tracy always does my nails so cute and she has figured out how I like them done and she always does them right. I completely recommend this place!!

I had a full set put on with no bling no jewels nothing.I had my daughters done also full set no bling nothing just paint. I asked for my 9 year olds to be just painted. They went and charged for manacures also. The lady was very rude and started yelling in the store when I told her that I wanted that refunded because I did not ask for that. The gentleman was very nice and refunded me the money and told her to stop. After
So for two sets and just fingernails painted cost $170.00. When I called they told me a full set with paint would just be $40. Watch out because they will charge you for unnecessary things and say they asked you approved of them when you had no clue what they're talking about because you can't understand the broken English. One thing I got to say about the guy Jimmy he was pretty cool that did my nails other than that the people that are there and running it were not so professional. Beware of the overcharges and make sure you confirm the price right when they start doing your nails and tell them you do not want to go over that price because before you know it they'll be charging you $60 to $70.00 for the same exact thing you called about when they said it was just $40. My nails are plain Jane with no Jewels no nothing just paint and a full set that's all I got and it was $30 more then what they said.

I am a stroke patient from 2020 my left side is paralyzed from the stroke I had real bad in grown toenails on both big toes the lady I normally went to did not bother to call me back for an appointment so my wife took Me here to get a pedicure the young lady who done mine done a fantastic job on them !! She took her time and did it right!! My feet feel 100% better and I will be going back to her in the future!! Thank you "tray" for such a wonderful job
