While driving recently it felt like my truck developed a square tire. Precision found a broken belt within the tread of one tire. I needed a new tire so i bought two as it is a 4x4. They were quick, professional and price was right. No bull. Truck rides smooth as new for a 21 year old truck! Go there, they are honest and great!

This place is great, they are very honest and won’t sell you stuff you don’t need. I took my truck to ford dealership to get some stuff fixed and they couldn’t fix it and also somehow messed up my alignment and wanted to keep my truck for 3 days and instead I bright it to Brad at precision and he took care of the initial problem That FORD couldn’t and fixed the issues that FORD created for me All within an hour, I definitely Recommend this place 10 out of 10

Precision has done exhaust systems for two of my classic trucks. Brad, the service advisor and Lee, the exhaust craftsman extraordinaire listened to what I wanted done, which was not basic or standard in either case. They took my vision and made it a reality then went above and beyond what I expected. Lee takes a lot of pride in his work and as previously stated is a true craftsman.

I had was having issues with my tire.I've never been here before.They were pretty quick even though a sign said they were short staff.The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is they called me within 24 hours.Telling me they cannot locate a rim from my car Because there's nothing wrong with my tire . They were very sweet to some service animals in training.

Took my 2018 Tacoma in for driveline fluid service (trans, transfer case, front and rear diffs). Very happy with the experience and I'll be taking my truck back for things it needs in the future. As a retired auto mechanic, it's nice to find a shop that's as meticulous as I am.

I am new to the area and was recommended to this shop by an also new
mechanic I used to get the oil changed & rotate tires in my jeep, as well as check the source of shaking over 60mph. He suspected it could be a balance issue and recommended this shop to check it out. .
It's not easy to find a shop I feel can trust especially when my knowledge of cars starts and ends with filling up with gas and air in the tires, but based on my experience with both shops I got lucky. They test drove my jeep and recommended an alignment and balance rotation for the shaking/ pulling. The cost to have these things done were fair and my jeep never ran smoother. I definitely will be going back. I highly recommend.

Very professional through the whole process. Honest about what they found during inspections and did not try to add what was unnecessary, Even telling me the rear brakes weren’t that bad. They ordered the parts and told me if they were fine They could send them back no problem. Let me know a couple tires were not looking great and they did front brakes and tires in one day, which is hard to come by.
Only reason I can’t give five stars Is because they do not mention their estimate is without tax nor did they let me know there would be a $33 charge for paying with a card. I would have found a way to pay cash if I would have known that and that’s quite a bit for a credit card fee, even though it was a debit card. Just some thing y’all can let people know about next time.

Took my truck for alignment.After two days they told me that they couldn't do the alignment because I needed upper and lower tie rod and it would cost $800 dollars to fix it. I told them that I would pick up the truck and do it myself.When I went to pick up my truck they charged me $35 dollars for inspected my suspension,which I never asked for. So I got the upper and lower parts at an auto store for $70 and dropped off to my mechanic to change it. My mechanic told me that nothing was wrong with my suspension and everything look tight.So my mechanic changed anyways , and charged me $300 for the service.
I went back to Precision Auto place to do the alignment and 3 days later and it was done . When I picked the truck up , it was on my bill $10 for another inspection that I didn't ask for , my back tire needed replace, and for that information they charged me another $10. My mechanic told me that lately he has a bunch cars showing up for him to get suspension done and when he inspected nothing is wrong.
Stay away.
