First time here, won’t be back. Lots of miscommunication, called before I came in & got pricing for what I wanted. Somehow, paid 30$ more & had to correct the lady twice bc she wasn’t doing what I wanted. My toes are all cut up and sore. I’m not the type to cause a scene so i’m leaving this review for anyone like me who will still pay for unsatisfying service & cry ab it later. Just avoid this place if you don’t like to speak up.

Had my elderly father at Pretty Nails today. He was way more than overdue for a pedicure because little did I know he couldn't trim his toenails anymore. They were very kind and gentle with him. Did a more than fabulous job at a very reasonable price. Kudos to Pretty Nails for your kindness, patience and super service.

Over charged me twice. 1st time I thought was a mistake and the lady argued with me. I thought I miscalculated. 2nd time before service, I totaled what I was getting from their handout. Picked different service/different price, right? Still over charged. I won't go back until a new owner takes over, as per the norm every few years.

Yesterday I took my 9 year old granddaughter and myself to get a basic mani/pedi with non gel polish. It was the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I have never had my nails manicured at the same time sitting in the pedicure chair. They soaked our nails in cold water instead of any kind of soap solution to soften the cuticles so when they painted them it was ragged around the nail bed. Also the polish was applied so thick that it was pitted before we even got up to leave. They left us sitting in the chairs for 20 minutes I guess for the polish to air dry without communicating why we were sitting there till I finally as one of the employees if we were finished and she replied in broken English 5 more minutes then finally without any communication ripped the toe separators and pointed to the register. No one spoke to us the whole time during our visit and not 2 but three people working on us spoke absolutely no English or could understand any questions. Results were a really bad job on our feet and hands that cost $97. Needless to say it looked horrible and we ended up going home and tried to remove the polish (it was so thick and pitted) and painted our own nails to try to make them look better. I have never been in a nail salon before that had such a toxic atmosphere even though it was very updated and clean looking. I wish that I could give this business a minus 5 rating. I highly recommend not wasting your time and money here. Not all the employees were Asians but no one tried to communicate with us, couldn't even try to communicate that we were not happy with what we were paying for.

I never have to wait long. They work as a team to get you in and out. Kevin has been doing my pedicures and he is amazing. Really takes his time and massages without rushing. Everyone else there has been awsome, Christine, Tiffany and Yanis!

It was my first visit. I had a pedicure and a full set done. The lady who did my pedicure was not very professional in my opinion and even left sticky scrub stuff on my leg. I was told they would clean it off but was just handed a rag for me to do, I didn't mind but I had paid extra for it to be done by them. My big toe had a huge very noticeable area that hadn't been painted, when I pointed it out you would have thought the world has ended. When they asked what I wanted to do about it, I said I wanted it painted like I had paid for. On my full set when I left it looked like they needed to be a filled before I even walked out the door. I choose regular acrylic nail polish for my toes and nails but was charged for gel polish on my nails, I choose the exact same color for both. In my opinion this was the worst nail salon I have visited.

Terrible job! I did not notice until I got home yesterday that there is bubbles and the application is horrible. Also she did not put a top coat on my gel pedicure. Will not be back.

I went in for a pedicure, and they convinced me to add a basic gel manicure, which was fine. Then, they upsold me on getting my eyebrows waxed, something I've done many times before. Unfortunately, when the technician did my eyebrows, she accidentally dripped wax onto my eye. She quickly ripped it off and tried to blame me, claiming I had moved and hit her hand. This wasn’t the case. She was clearly rushing because the salon was getting busy, and the wax ended up on my eye. Afterward, when I got out of the chair, I realized there was still wax left on my skin. I had to wipe it off myself, and in the process, I lost a quarter of my eyelashes. The owners weren’t there, so I couldn’t address the issue with them directly. The staff seemed to brush it off like it was no big deal. I was also left with no recourse to discuss whether I should have been charged for the waxing. If you value your eyelashes, I highly recommend staying away from this place.

I have not had my nails done in over 9 years. I went for New Years Day 2025 today to treat myself. It was peaceful and beautiful love my nails. Only place I went before 9 years ago and I'll still continue!

My wife has her nails done here i needed a good pedicure to have my ingrown toenails cut out so I decided to let them have a good at it.the lady who done my pedicure was Vivian!! She done a great job on my toes and cut the ingrown nails out with ease!! Thank you Vivian 😁 I will be coming back to see you in the future !!

they’re very cute but the lady who did them just my thumb really bad when she did them. and charges 60$ understandable but the cut on both thumb nails she couldn’t took 5$ off atleast.
