Couple months after buying tractor started getting a bill, called about it and was told they would take care of the bill. Wound up being a glitch of some kind, Shane called me back said it was taken care of. One of the last honest places I’ve done business with.

Shaine , Chris and everyone at Suwannee Equipment has made me feel like family since the first time I called thru my tractor purchase. There is more to this story. I’m a total newbie… yes I have great mechanical
Skills but I’ve never had a tractor before. These guys took their time, told me about my equipment and helped me make great choices for my property. Now the real kicker! Holiday weekend, I’m working at my property and have a hydraulic problem and call Shaine and the boys! Bam. In 30 mins, Chris came and fixed the problem. Wow, I talked to other places, But my Kioti, came from the right dealer with the right team… great price, right equipment for me, And still there a month later and answered me right back.

Went to Suwannee Equipment last week to pick up a cylinder for our Bale Baron. The place was good and clean and the Parts Salesman was courteous and well knowledgeable. It was a good experience stopping by Suwannee Equipment and the next time we need parts from there, I think I rather take the 3 hour drive, each way, than wait for the usual shipping process.
Thanks Suwannee Equipment for your help with this purchase. Keep up the good work.

Just stop by and left within minutes. Sales person y very condescending. Went to Valdosta and got the tractor there.

Shaine was tremendously helpful in helping us to obtain the correct tractor for our property and in educating me on all the attachments I need to get the job done on my property. He also educated me on my financing options and in 24 hours he got me approved for a brand new tractor that I am getting on site in less than a week.
everything about my experience with this company has been stellar and I would recommend anyone coming to the country from the city to use this company. nothing but praise for Shaine and his team!

I do not recommend buying parts from this place. I asked for a wiring harness for a baler. They had it in stock but wanted to charge $750 for this. I called multiple other dealers for the baler and their price with rush shipping was between 270-330. I told the salesperson this and they did not care. Do not do business with this company.
