“I was driving in FL, coming from out of state, when I had problems with my the Equinox. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership, and they checked it for me. They told me what the vehicle had done, but wasn't doing it at that time, and that the engine light is off. They told me it was safe to drive. When I left the dealership, I found that the needle (hand) on the gas gauge was not working, that after stopping and then starting, the vehicle jumps, and it sounds like it shuts off because it gets very quiet then it sounds like it starts back up on its own. I was really scared to drive it back home to TN, but I did, holding my breath all the way. I don't know if after checking the vehicle this happened, or it just happened on its own. Anyway, I want to thank them for getting me in and checking it for me on a short notice.”

“Originally I bought a 2007 dodge mega cab from Steve which I ADORED but as a mom who needs to save money on payments, gas and insurance I unfortunately had to bring the truck back. With that being said, Steve worked with me and was patient with my indecisive decisions until he put me in a 2014 Tiguan which all around is a better vehicle for my current lifestyle.
