About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service is a government-run postal service that provides mail delivery services to the public. While the staff is often understaffed and overworked, leading to long lines and difficulties reaching someone on the phone, the service has received positive feedback. A capable and kind mail carrier, known as Jackie, has been commended for going the "extra mile" for customers. Additionally, a postmaster has addressed and resolved delivery issues promptly, ensuring a smooth service for customers moving to a new location.
