First, my fur babies were able to wander around the exam room. The vet was able to observe them as well as interact with each one. It appeared to make my fur babies more comfortable as well as myself.
Other vets, take them from the carrier to the exam table, take vitals and back in the carrier. With very little interaction.
I was given a treatment plan as well as costs that I could undertand. I can't say they are less or more expensive than any other vet, but I can say, the staff is exceptional and worth every penny.
I received follow calls from the vet as well as a greeting card in the mail which welcomed and thanked us for choosing their practice. It's the little things that mean a lot.”
