Staff are incompetent. Ordered refill via App Wed night. Recording said it would be ready at 11:00 next day. Went there Thursday at 2:00 and was told there were no more refills and that they had faxed the Dr the day before at 4:00. I left and called back an hour later. Was told there were refills and they just needed the Scrip info from Cocoa FL. Called today they had the Scrip but no medicine. It couldn't come in till Monday. I found a Walgreens in Gainesville FL who had the medicine but wouldn't fill it because the Script had been transferred too many times. said we needed a new Script from the Dr on a Friday afternoon. Trying to get one now. This is ALL between Walgreen branches! What is wrong with you ! If he suffers seizures because of employee incompetence, you will her a lot more from us!!

Customer Service skills could use some improving. Also taking ownership of errors or mistakes so customer doesn't have to do the work to fix, would be great.???
