Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Unorganized, can’t find prescriptions, fill the prescriptions wrong.
I live 30 miles from this pharmacy and they told me the scripts would be ready in a half hour. When I got there they told me it won’t be ready for another half hour. At that time it would be their lunch time for a half hour. So I gave them another hour and fifteen. They could find the prescription when I got back then when the did it was the wrong prescription. Never again will I go there

This is the worst pharmacy I have every used, insurance company says I have to use it or I would be going somewhere else, they never have my medicine and if they do it takes them days to fill prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy personnel ever. Rude most of the time. Requested a refill by phone to a young lady at about 10:30 am. Told I could pick it up after 2:00 pm. Very rude attitude. Pharmacist was on the phone. Only one young lady working the counter and also the window. After 40 minutes went to counter was first in line had to wait 15 minutes for the young lady to acknowledge me standing there and nine people waiting behind me in line. Young lady finally told me the drug safe was locked again and it would be 20 minutes before my prescription would be filled. The pharmacist was still on the phone at this time (now about 3:07 pm. I turned around to leave seen how many people were in line and advised them what rude treatment to expect. The pharmacist hung up the at about this time. Also three people stated that they had already been to the pharmacy and already got the rude run around.
I’m 73 years old I don’t accept people treating me like this. My 70 year old wife was waiting in the car. I took her home and returned to the “great” Walgreens. (Sarcasm). As I entered their parking lot Walgreens computer called me that my prescription was ready. “Great” sarcasm.
In the store, no one in line, same young lady finishing up serving someone at the window. I’m next, nope she got the prescription for the people sitting down. I’m next, nope, she asked the gentleman behind me if he was picking up a prescription or had a question. He said both kinda. I’m next, nope. A blue pickup just arrived at the window, SHE served them.
Can’t make this up. She picked up a prescription bag and I’d was mine. I’m next. Without saying my name she said $5.00 and your drivers license. I had already placed a $20.00 bill and my license on the counter. Believe it or not she didn’t even say thank you. Someone from corporate please contact me.

Always a great experience. Pharmacy staff have great customer service and are very knowledgeable. The store is always clean, well stocked, and we'll light.

I have always had good experiences with Walgreens, it's employees and products. My insurance company is am better and they are the only ones who accept it to my knowledge and I am grateful for that. My pharmacist is top notch and really does care about my health. There was a time at the first of the year where I didn't realize I needed pre-authorization for a prescription and my pharmacist helped me out with enough supply of the medicine to get me a pre-authorization done through my doctors. I don't know of any other that would do the same. And I am grateful.

The male pharmacist, Elvis, is extremely unprofessional and rude! He thinks he can speak to people any kind of way, because I’m sure most people allow it, but when you take up for yourself he doesn’t like that. He should NOT be able to refuse to fill a prescription because his feelings are hurt. He took an oath to help people, not treat them less than. It is absolutely ridiculous and wrong for him to continually get away with this. Do better Walgreens!

The pharmacist is very unprofessional, and talks very uncivilized to his employees, and has no respect. They wanted me to wait 48 hours for a transfer. So I went back to the urgent care had the doctor put it in for me so I didn’t have to wait 48 hours with shingles on my neck. Go back up to Walgreens. I have the lady assisting me while the Pharmacist was assisting another customer. I told her I got the doctor to put it in. He intervenes stops assisting his customer to say to me “you’re still gonna have to wait” that was very unnecessary very unprofessional. He should’ve continued assisting his customer that he had at hand. I responded with the same type of attitude that he gave me “that’s fine but I don’t have to wait the 48 hours” then he refused to fill my prescription because I gave him the same respect he gave me which was none. He doesn’t deserve to be a pharmacist if this is the way, he treats his customers and employees because I witnessed him speaking down on them. He thought he could get away with talking to me any kind of way and I’m just not the one. And I’m speaking about the pharmacist name, Elvis you’re not entitled. You get what give. And maybe you shouldn’t have spoken to me if I wasn’t speaking to you when someone else was assisting me. You did it intentionally to be rude. You got personal instead of staying professional. You don’t deserve your title. But trust me, God will handle it if you continue because you can’t consistently get away with that.

Pharmacist is an absolute joke.
5 days after calling to fill three prescriptions we still hadn’t heard back from pharmacy. They let a transfer request sit untouched from the 20th until I called. I was told the other pharmacy failed to send it over, proven to be false. The second prescription they also never filled or requested. Finally the one they filled we decided to transfer because obviously can’t be trusted with medication. It was never transferred- their reason, he said he was busy and hung up. Staff is inept and rude, none of them should work in any sort of customer service, and definitely shouldn’t be allowed to handle medications.

Very very rude!!! Some people should not be allowed to work in a public place. I do not like to be yelled at for asking a question then hung up on..

Absolutely the most inept pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. You get text saying your scripts are ready and when you go to pick up they tell you they don't even have any prescriptions for you. Then I go to pick up a script and the price I was charged was 3 times more than my Florida Blue copay. I told the tech that my copay is $9, he says well it's $27 do you want it or not, threw it back in the bin and walked off. The rudest and most unprofessional staff, I will go to another pharmacy and pay cash so I don't have to deal with them.
