“Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. I feel like I’ve found my garage. Thanks for your professional service.”

“I had my Mercedes AMG GTS bodykit install by Wolves Den Custom in Orlando. Bodyguards misaligned and carbon fiber attached w rubber glue (fell off on the freeway). They damaged my front grill and made excuses (see photo).I hated my AMG until Exotic Auto Repair fixed all the damage (see photo). Highly Recommend.”

“Accidentally tore off my front bumper and bent the plate. Devastated because I LOVE my Tesla! ...they're beautiful cars but the company is a pain to deal with. We couldn't get an appointment to have our car looked at at our local Tesla place until Dec 18th! Meanwhile, I NEED this car TODAY to pickup my kid and run errands and help family etc. I can't wait until Dec 18th JUST to be told to leave it with them while they order parts! I'd be out of my only car for months!Called Main Street Collision on a mechanic friends recommendation and spoke to Jay. I explained what happened, sent him the picture of my defaced Tesla and he gave me a rough run down of what he could see and parts he thought we might need. I asked him if there was ANY possible way I could still drive it until the parts came in because there is NOTHING ELSE wrong with it! The front bumper has just come off! He said to bring it in and they'd have a look at it.I brought it in, they looked at it, and he said they'd do what they could but he thought they'd be able to at least TRY to put the face back on. These guys are a popular shop. They had my bumper put on and in place in less than 1.5hours! And I only just essentially dropped in, AND they're busy cause they're popular.Jay was an absolute LEGEND. Very easy going. Super easy to talk to, wasn't judgemental about my stupidity ??♀️ he was extremely understanding and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable while I was waiting (he told me I didn't have to wait there and could go home, but it's my ONLY car, so I waited). He drove my car out and I nearly cried. I THOUGHT I was going to have to wait months before being able to drive my car, and get stuck waiting for Tesla and their rotten customer service etc. But no. Jay made it possible for me to drive away and be able to go pick my kid up. I can now wait for parts while still being able to drive my car!Look, if you want a friendly place, where they do great work, are super understanding, actually CARE and TRY HARD and not just blow you off and try to stiff you for money, GO HERE. They're amazing. Really.I cannot thank them enough. They saved me. So much time would have been wasted. I will ALWAYS come back to these guys first.”

“I'm so happy with the work they have done for me. I had no personal recommendations. I'm not from this area.So I was concerned. I had a fender, bumper, and headlight replaced. I dropped my vehicle off. They worked with my insurance co. I was out of the country and they dropped my vehicle at the dealership. When I returned everything was completed. There were 4 colors to match. You can't tell which fender was replaced. They also took care of a other small little area. I thought this would get over looked but it was all fixed when I returned. “It’s never fun to visit a body shop, but these guys turned it into a really positive experience. They gave me a fair quote and honest assessment of all my damages. They communicated at every step including via text! They truly know what they are doing. I have an older car which they made it look like it was practically new. I was blown away by the quality of their amazing work and attention to detail. Christian in particular is such a kind soul and so knowledgeable on assessing damage! He remembered to even look at little things I mentioned in passing, that had nothing with the accident like tightening bolts or screws, and fixed a dangling temperature sensor that came loose over the years; things you’d expect of the wear/tear of an older car.I can’t recomend these guys enough - Don’t think twice about going here!”
“Do not take your car anywhere else!!! I took my Accord to Precision for a very straightforward repair. The team had to remove the drivers side rear fender which had previously been repaired. Heidi, the owner called me to let me know that the work on that side was not done correctly. I panicked and thought I would have to call a lawyer but Heidi called and encouraged the other shop to pay to fix their mistake. It took a little longer to finish but I am so grateful to Heidi and her team. Heidi didn't have to go the extra mile, for me, but she did and I am forever grateful!!!!!!!”

“I could not be happier!!I brought my car to Caliber for a repair estimate. I was at Publix backing out when I got hit be another backing out at the same time behind me, that blind spot. Both my passenger side doors were damaged. Caliber gave me a good estimate so I took my car their to get it repaired. I expected a long wait. That was not the case.
