BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. I purchased my 2022 Levante 10 months ago from Fort Lauderdale Ferrari /Maserati. 1 week later I took it to Central Florida Maserati for an alignment which they said they did. Fast forward 6,000 miles later because I work from home and drive little I had a blow out. I also purchased wheel and tire insurance policy. Bruce fro service called to let me know my tire blew up because I need an alighment. I asked him to check my service history so he could see his department gave me one. Bruce continued to tell me its normal maserati wear and tear and I need to pay for 2 new front tires and another alignment. I said now and requested a loaner. This is my 4th time at this service department and NOT ONCE did they ever given me a loaner. 100K Mesarati and I never once received a loaner. Fast forward I reached out to the North American Maserati that dragged on the fact finding for almost 2 weeks while I am paying myself for a rental and came up with the following."Subject: Case #424687 [ ref:_00DD0rdzB._5007TUzvBB:ref ]Good Morning Ms. Kleyman,I appreciate you allowing me the time to discuss your case #424687.Per our conversation tires are considered wear and tear items not cover by the manufacture or the claims of improper workmanship of the Certified Maserati dealerships.We extended the alignment to be covered given your overall experience with Maserati as a first time owner which we will honor.All your concerns have been document as we recommend you continue to work with Maserati of Central Florida to have the repairs completed.Kindest Regards,Ana Ext 4003Supervisor of Maserati Premium Care | Maserati Americas1 877-696-2737"This company is dreadful, and I plan to convey the full extent of their shortcomings to everyone. The dealership's incompetence is shocking.I'm definitively ruling out buying another Maserati--they evidently do not understand what customer service entails. Having been a Mercedes owner for 20 years, I have never encountered such a distinct lack of accountability, awareness, fairness, and responsibility until my experiences with both Maserati of North America and Maserati of Central Florida.The service is appalling, their practices are unscrupulous, and it's disconcerting how unbothered Maserati of North America is regarding the inappropriate actions -- or inactions -- of their dealerships.

I purchased my 2022 Levante Maserati from Fort Lauderdale Ferrari I live in Orlando and I brought my car in for service/alignment to Masersti of Central Florida. . Fast forward to this Friday where my car was towed because it had a blowout. Service representative Bruce called to tell me I need an alignment and two front tires because my entire tread on the inner sides of both tires was worn out. I asked him to look at my file and mentioned that I had an alignment done by that his service department 6000 miles ago on brand new tires snd I purchssed a tire replacement warranty. Bruce went on to say that I need to pay for two new tires, and a new alignment. Buyer beware the store and service department operates for only one thing to make as much money and profit as possible at any cost including human life. I thank God that my blowout after their “alignment “did not happen while I was driving on the highway at 75 miles an hour, they now are holding my car until I pay for there inadequate and faulty alignment if they ever did one to begin with. You think they would learn their lesson and do right by people that they do business with them. 10 years ago they decided to cheat me and I took legal action and they settled. I guess they did not learn their lesson and are looking to repeat for lesson number two. Buyer beware! Stay away fron them and take your Maseratti to Daytona or Tampa.

Zach is the responsible for keep the clients happy with the car. I had so many problems with my Levante, but Zach was responsible enough to get it done every time I needed to take back my car to get it fixed. Every single time I got a loan car from them and almost every time was a Maserati model. Now I moved to Ponte Vedra beach and the closest Maserati dealer is in Jacksonville and it seems they are no good as the dealer in Orlando.

This has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Felipe was extremely professional and prompt. He was respectful of my time. He had all the paper work ready and even assisted with an at home delivery. Nick the manager assisted with a custom license plate as the cherry on top of what was a seamless top of the line car buying EXPERIENCE. Thank you Felipe and Nick for everything. I went there and to the surrounding dealerships to see the Ferraris, Porsche’s, and Maserati’s. Outside of the Maserati dealer there was a Mercedes AMG GT-R. My favorite car of all time. As we were walking out, Felipe was getting into the AMG. i was excited to hear it start when he told me to hop in. I was super excited and couldn’t believe i was riding in one of my favorite cars.

I took my car to this dealership because it’s a “high end” car and was made by this company so I assumed this would be the best course of action. While my car was in the dealerships possession, it was wrecked. They agreed to fix the damages. But when I had a concern about the value of the car after the accident they didn’t car at all. They had my car a total of 6 weeks.

I inquired to purchase a Maserati from this dealership, since I had a draft from my bank they used to it to hold the car along some preliminary docs. I let them know I was not going to be taking delivery of the car but they went ahead and got the funds from my bank and registered the car on my name. I have not taken possession of the vehicle, neither have I insured it and refuse to return the funds to my bank after not speaking to me in over a month.Now the car has been involved in an accident in their premises and want to come and take the car with damage on. Be careful with this dealership because they will do everything to contract you in the car and then leave you hanging.

Zack over in service was amazing ! I blew my 2018 Maserati up . I assumed the process for a new motor would be a pain. It was completely opposite . He communicated very well with me, and made the entire process very very easy ! I will always go back to central Florida Maserati for any service needs and will most likely be trading out of this car in a few years using their sales department

I was in orlando for the day and decided to see if there were any 911's in the area. I found one that I liked at maserati and I reached out to see if it was available. Ashley responded quickly and told me that the vehicle had a deposit on it and that it was sold. A couple weeks later she reached out and told me that the deal fell through and that the vehicle was still available. She and her manager got me all the information I needed and we put a deal together. Very happy with the follow up and the service!

It's my second Maserati after one a few years back and tryimg different makes. Yarik made the experience to.come.back to Maserati a great one. From chosing the car to trading in my current one. Yarik was straight forward and honest. I highly recommend him and the store.

I needed to get back to a SUV and started hunting for a place to purchase. After many failed attempts I found Felipe Oliveira at Maserati of Central Florida. I was blown away. Felipe knew his product and was beyond pleasant to deal with. Met many others at the dealership and they were just as nice and helpful. We could not be happier, and you should consider Felipe next time you are looking for a car. First class and easy to deal with. I will buy there again.
