I made the mistake of buying an e-bike online, and it was supposed to come 90% assembled.It came with no keys, no peddles, no headlight, a bad controller, and a bad odometer (I could've paid $300 to ship it back to China, but then I'd have nothing).Jay at Krooz was the BEST!
