“I wanted to leave a review because I had such a great experience with Wanda at the passport counter. I wanted to thank her because she was so kind and patient; I had some complications on my end with passport paperwork, and was instructed errantly at a different passport agency before coming to the Oneco office. Wanda had an eagle eye and picked out several small errors that I had made; she was extremely competent. It really made something that should have been a headache, very smooth and easy . In addition, I came in the middle of the day and the PO was very easy to find, easy parking, and the post office was very calm and quiet. I will definitely tell anyone I know who is getting a passport to go here first, thanks again, Wanda!”
“Please don't take to heart reviews posted years ago this location has changed dramatically. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and patient with customers and made sending packages very nice experience! I highly recommend to others because of how patient and and accommodating the staff were. They answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease.”
