“I regularly have a good experience at this Aldi but tonight I felt the service needed to be commended. My cashier, Dyquaris, was super friendly, super quick... not only helpful to me, but also watched him assist an elderly lady in picking up her cane she dropped. Im not surprised by his actions as his attitude is clearly a very positive one for the store and I wanted you to know.”
“Monica is an amazing person to have with your company. My name is Betty and i have been a customer for a few years. Just having surgery, and telling Monica ,she offered to bring my food out and take my payment because it was heart surgery and can’t walk far. Also if i call this store she knows my name and my allergies to onion. She always checks the food before i leave to make sure there’s no onion. She is a very good asset to your companyI will continue to come here because she’s amazing.”

This chicken schwarma wrap will be my beach go-to this spring ? super clean just grilled chicken, pickles, tzatziki and the wrap ??? I haven’t had schwarma this perfect since I was in DC a few years back!!”
“This store is one of the best Publix I have ever experienced. But a manager named Sarah completely lacks the social skills and respect for the Publix Organization. Almost all of the associates properly greet customers. But this manager is a failure at reflecting the Publix policy of acknowledging and greeting customers. She is not qualified nor does she has personal skills required to manage coworkers if she fails to perform the basic duty of making shopping at Publix an enjoyable experience. Please feel free to reach out to me if this individual has also been unprofessional during your visit to our neighborhood Publix.

“On Saturday 2/14 in the evening I ran into Publix, my 5 year old grandson was coming and I wanted to get a few things for him for Valentines. I was walking around the bakery talking to my husband saying I just want one cupcake they dont have just one cupcake, Aaron says to me your looking for one cupcake? I said yes, he said I might be able to help you, he walked over to the bakery counter spoke to Andy, then turned around and said go pick out the cupcake you want. I was so surprised, so happy that Aaron was listening and stopped what he was doing to help me. I told Andy which cupcake and had one more request, I asked him if he could write a heart on it, he took his time and drew the best heart that he could on this little cupcake. All I wanted was one little cupcake, I didn’t think I was going to get it but because Aaron was listening, and Andy’s little heart on a cupcake, my little Valentines for my grandson was perfect. I want to thank Aaron and Andy for going over and above and I want to thank Publix bakery for being one of the best parts of the store. -Melissa and Oliver Holder”

“We go to this publix for a wrap nearly every Sunday and anytime have had the pleasure to be served by Beth she has been friendly and accommodating. The best is that she knows how to wrap the wrap and we don't have to rewrap or eat the wrap and have the stuff spilling out everywhere. Thank you Beth for making our shopping and Sunday lunch a pleasure.”

“Stopped in for some charcuterie fixings and Dave in the hot food section helped me and my friend. He was so polite, friendly and funny. When I inquired about the Publix famous chicken finger subs he was very informative. We had already filled our cart so we declined ordering a sub. He went out of his way to find us and offer a sample. The chicken with his mix of hot honey and siracha sauce was AMAZING!
Hold on to this wonderful employee! You dont get customer service like that anymore!”

“I live on the island but often shop st Beachway Plaza Public, because it has so much more, including a Zenshi Sushi chef (who has made special orders for me with briwn rice, when he has some), and the Island Publix doesn't carry many items that I see on sale in the Publix app. Their app is the best (since they fixed it) and I make my list in the app, and at checkout, it applies my saved coupons and rewards, and I get my receipt by email.
The Beachway store staff are very helpful, and have ordered itemsfor me that are out of stock. Check my pictures to see the BOGO sale items. I got rainchecks for the organic, grass fed steaks on BOGO!
The staff at both stores are great - and even transfer when needed.”

“Easy and usually quick shopping here, with many prices even lower than Walmart, including produce. Some items that I consistently come here for are maple bacon, Gen. Tso Sauce, flavored creamers, cold cuts & cheese, raw meats, mostly because of great prices and selection variety. They also have a couple+ isles of housewares; example: picked up a nice pack of large garden stakes. One more item: I get all my stock large paper bags here @ 12cents each, used for my home recycling items, as do many other shoppers.”

“I used Acapulco twice in the last month for catering and they absolutely crushed it. Osvaldo was incredible to work with- even on short notice they were able to execute catering for 100 people and 400. The food was incredibly fresh- the corn tortillas were still warm! The pork carnitas tacos were my favorite- the guac was perfect and the salsa verde, although spicy, was spectacular. Both events they were incredibly professional and every had very positive feedback. The prices are very reasonable and they are extremely accommodating. I can’t wait to use Acapulco for another event!”

“LBK Publix is filled with wonderful staff! Recently, I worked with Jaid, Amy, and TJ in the bakery to order the largest sheet cake (white with strawberry filling) that was DELICIOUS and decorated perfectly! Kristin in flowers created a special, gorgeous, bundled bouquet. Tilda in deli advised wisely in helping order sliders, fruit and veggie platters, deviled eggs. All of this was for a reception following our church service for 130 guests on May 3, 2026. Everything was freshly prepared, packaged attractively, and ready on time. The guests were delighted with the delicious food. I was delighted with the knowledgeable, efficient, and congenial help I received at Publix. Joyce Wartinbee, Christ Church of Longboat Key”
