Computer system often down. Long lines. Only 1 person at the counter creating lengthy wait times for customers. No regard for the customer experience - is the culture here at this location. Very rude staff. 1 of the worst post offices you can go to! Location does not even open on time. They will just make you stand outside and wait. This place is a total disgrace and needs to be audited

I went there 4 times to get help with forwarding addresses, talked 2 times via telephone & was voided from holding/forwarding mail via internet because of recent moves. I received 6 different answers, none of them worked. We now have to leave town with our mail accumulating in our box with no one there to receive it for a lengthy period of time. Ugh, they do not deserve 1 star.

Don’t open on time, screw up deliveries on the island and do not have enough employees working…would stop coming here, but the Ana Maria location is closed since Helene - maybe this is what I should expect from a gov’t run organization?

I guess I really shouldn’t be surprised. However, I went in with a parcel that was prepaid and I needed to take the label on. They said they had no tape available so I had to buy a four dollar roll of tape from them in order to tape the label up. This is the federal government for you. I can’t wait for us to close the post office so that we can just use private sector shipping!

Always found the staff to incredibly helpful and friendly. One staff person even took the time to help me wrap a return. Where does that happen? Right, nowhere else. Thankful for their service and all their carriers. Our carrier, Lori, is fantastic.

Great staff. Our favorite is Kerry who always has a smile on her face and is very efficient. Kerry explains procedures for mailing and helpful with all questions. This is a small Post Officec so we credit all who work there that are kind and patient with us older crowd!

Terrible. I have been in Third World Post Offices in the most backward of countries that are more efficient and better run than this post office. Never enough staff, long waits and surly clerks that feel that YOU owe THEM a favor. Outside of "Kerry", they should fire the entire bunch. If this is how most US Post Offices are run, its no wonder that the Postal Service in America is going belly up.
