Phil and the team took amazing care of me with my 2016 Ford Explorer Interceptor. Great customer service and they support veterans. ??Ran a complete check on my truck and got me back on the road within a day. Would definitely recommend and have found my new auto shop for both my cars.

Phil and his team displayed nothing but professionalism throughout my entire transmission replacement process. Even when I lost my cool when they ran into an issue out of their control (with third party parts), Phil was able to reassure me with proof that they were doing everything they could to resolve the situation. They provide pictures throughout the process as well (one is attached to this review), and plenty of text and call updates. I recommend them for all of your transmission needs.

Came here for a second opinion on my car... the employees were just great, very welcoming and friendly. Asked me what were my plans for the car before they got started on it as well as wanted to know everything that was going on with it. I felt very comfortable I didn't give it 5 star since I didn't receive a print out estimate, and I didn't get any services done to the car. I'm not sure if they do the print out estimates but they just gave me a verbal estimate when they told me my car was ready.

Yesterday I took my boy's 2004 Honda Accord to Phil and team to assess a transmission problem. They could have repaired the problem, but told us that there were so many issues with the car that they would not recommend repairing it. They were very professional and I appreciate the honesty.
