I am forced to give 1 star, I would just leave it blank if I could.I purchased wiper blades for my Jeep at the Winter Springs Advance Auto Parts in April 2023. I went home with them and my husband and I could not installed them. I went back to the same store and the very nice (young) gentlemen installed them.Fast forward to 5/21/23 - during a bad rain storm my driver's side wiper flew off. I stopped and picked it up and had to wait to drive home until the rain stopped as the wiper would not stay locked on.I went to the Advance Auto Parts at 400 S US Hwy 17-92 in Longwood because it was close to my work. Well that was a huge mistake. There was 1 guy behind the counter waiting on a customer. The transaction with the customer was quite lengthy. I was never acknowledged by the guy behind the counter, nor did he reach out to any of the other 5 or 6 people having casual conversation in the back to come help him. Another customer now walked in and wow, he started friendly conversation with him and asked who he was there to see. The customer said, he will just wait. Guy behind the counter then proceeds to say how he is aggravated today and annoyed.A young kid walked in, just coming from high school I presume, and clocked in. The guy behind the counter told the kid to wait on me. This was a waste of my time and the kids.Customer of the guy behind the counter FINALLY is done and now the guy starts to help the customer that came in after me.My kid behind the counter asks the other guy for help. He says "I'll be with you in a minute ma'am". I said "well I have been waiting and I came in before the guy you are helping now. I have a high school kid helping me". He said I'll be with you in a minute.I said you know what give me my wiper blade and my receipt I'm going somewhere else. Guy behind the counter says with attitude have a nice day ma'am. I said some not very nice words back to him as I walked out. I suggested he get another job if he doesn't like the one he currently has.Back to Winter Springs store I went, should have just gone back there to begin with. They were once again polite and courteous and exchanged my wiper and then installed it. It was the same young gentlemen that installed it and apologized that it came off. We joked about it and he said have a great rest of your day and meant it.I will never go back to that store even if they have the last part in the entire world I need.

Great people, cashier rang up my oil filter twice and had to refund one. Always helpful. The cary Car Care products that are great .

Waited 10 minutes while the only person at counter handed phone orders. Then left as we were in a hurry and there are other parts stores within a 3 block radius

I called , in advance , of my visit. The man who answered the phone ( Chris ) was short and curt , almost to the point of being rude. I needed a marine battery for my boat. Chris stated , they had 3 options. This Advance Auto is right across the street from me, so I went a anyways. The man who waited on me was just as unfriendly as Chris. I think his name was Alex. I almost took my core battery and left , to purchase elsewhere. Turns out they only had one option for me. I purchased the battery and went home. Here's the thing, I've used this location before and was always greeted by friendly staff. I purchased batteries for both my cars , at this store and they gladly installed them for me. What happened? I don't know if I can go back in this store. Great location of convenience for me , but it's uncomfortable to be treated this way. I'm a senior citizen and I'm not as tolerant of unfriendly behavior, as I used to be. I hope they fix this.

My wife and I are frequent shoppers of this location, and we love everybody there. Everyone is so helpful, but I have to share the story we had with the new member of the team, Noah. He went way above and beyond as we had several perks bucks and made quite a few purchases for our Scion, and he was patient and was having fun with us and it was such a great experience. He even after all our goofiness helped me out on our new wiper blades. So we wanted to share how awesome he was. So Noah, thanks again for being awesome and helping us with everything! Will definitely be back because of how he treated us!

I needed a new battery and I thought gas cap and the gentleman that helped me was such a nice guy, very knowledgeable and put my battery in very quickly. Definitely will be going back there
