Had experienced poor services of this company before at another location years ago and was not fully satisfied.
Now, having requested a similar service with the company at a different location(at this one at the time of day I did) has met my expectations of getting tended to and provided quality service in a reasonable amount of time.
And my experience walking in around noon as it’s semi-busy was interesting to see. The staff agents were occupied in providing services but also considerate in being aware of arriving customers. It was quite professional seeing that as many would feel overwhelmed but they took pride in their duties to assure they assist us with their attention to the services we needed respectively. I witnessed a much better operation this time around as a team of agents here worked diligently in a busy moment to make sure customers there left satisfied with the service they came in for.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and Valerie is a super sweet and humble woman who consistently wears a smile with her positive attitude. The manager Shay is also amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind, and a great face of leadership. Keep up the good work

This “manager” was very rude to a non-English speaking woman at 5:40 6/14/25. I asked the other agent if she spoke Spanish because this manager was literally being antagonistic in repeating “no…. How can I help you” in a very soft but maniacal way that made my skin crawl. I cringed and asked the other agent who was definitely Latino. She responded that she only understood some. So I work together with her to try to understand her needs while the manager just sat there with a smirk. I would fire her immediately. I went over to the customer and showed her an image that I had just typed up on my translator because I was so appalled by this woman’s behavior. You don’t treat people that way. Shame for a woman of color to speak to another woman of color that way in such a political upset in America.

Wow !!! just left longwood location i was in and out the branch manger Shay was amazing... customer service was great and was nice and kind. I will recommend to go to the store. All the staff was very awesome.
