According to Bill Ray Nissan, the reason our phone calls kept getting disconnected, repeatedly, mid conversation, is because their phones weren't working properly. This is an issue that wound up going on for days. I tried to call them back 15 times, getting disconnected, repeatedly. At one point, I even asked the receptionist if someone could contact me via cell phone, which did not happen, either. I never even wound up receiving a phone call that my car was ready. According to the Bill Ray Nissan representative, the reason for this is because their phone systems was still not working properly. For a company this large that has been in business for so long, to not having a working phone system is absolutely absurd. If Bill Ray can't get a working phone system in his establishment, perhaps he should close up shop and try to start something new. Anyone should stay away from this business at all costs, as far as I'm concerned.

Very good. I made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, and was attended to in the service line right away. I was greeted twice by two different people and then the process of check in started. Very friendly and efficient. Dropped off the car and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.

I arrived to get my recalled key fixed, I left with that accomplished, and with a new friend in Robert Simmons. I shared my car upkeep has been the furthest thing on my mind since losing my husband to cancer a few months ago. Robert stopped talking shop about my car and gave me a hug and time to get right again. Professional knowledge is great, but coupled with human compassion can’t be beat. Thank you Robert Simmons for not just caring for my car, but caring for the person behind the wheel of my car, me. I was able to leave with a smile, a smile that lately is recalled daily. But not today…

This may be a simple maintenance issue to most people, but I insist on speedy efficiency with great customer service and friendly knowledgeable advice, if I consider purchasing a new vehicle in the future.Anthony B Conley checks all those boxes. He drove my car to the door and it was cleaner than it was when I came for my routine service. I love this dealership! I bring my car here for service and I am so satisfied with their care every time. Everyone who I talk to is just so nice and patient with me. They go over everything you need done to your car, they don’t try and oversell unnecessary services, and they are just so honest. I really feel taken care of every time!

Robert ensured we had a great experience when we brought our vehicle in to get serviced! He was very personable, professional and diligent. We would highly recommend going to him for your services. The environment at the facility was welcoming and all of the staff was good to us. I didn’t have such a great experience at a nearby Nissan so I will definitely be back to Bill Ray for all of my car needs!

Robert Simmons was amazing. He even followed up with me once I made it home. However the 4 stars was because I came in for service and a battery replacement for my key fob. The next day my low key battery light is still on. So I’m a little annoyed. Rather than drive 40 mins I’ll just go to a local auto parts store.

I had a great experience here and it was my first time coming to this dealer after a not so great experience at another dealership for maintenance service. Zach was great and answered my many questions I had concerning my car. The option to get a rental car was great as other dealers in the area do not offer that anymore since covid. Zach set that up too. I was pleasantly surprised everything was covered by powertrain warranty. My car was fixed same day and I was super happy with that. I will be trading in my car later this year and will definitely be visiting this dealership when the time is right. I’ll definitely come there if something else comes up with my current car. Zach was really friendly and kept me updated. It’s important to not have my concerns dismissed or feel like I’m being talked down to or talked over as a woman. He was very respectful. I’m glad I chose to come here and wish I did years ago.

Robert is a positive energy and most helpful. While he kept me up to date with my car’s work, I also observed how he treated other customers and his fellow employees. He is consistent in how he treats others far and wide, bringing his joyful presence to his work when assisting everyone.

We had the best service from JD and Bobby! These are genuine good people who showed us the utmost patience in the process of buying a vehicle for our 24 year old son. They showed us every vehicle, that they considered would be a great fit for him. Bobby was able to finance him at a great rate and made sure it was affordable monthly with full warranty and Gap insurance - even got a full tank of gas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car. They were really awesome! So thankful!

Went to have them look at my tailgate. It opens and then when it goes to the top, it beeps by itself and immediately starts closing. It does not stop without bruit force. They told me that it would be a $190 diagnostic fee and minimum 3 hours. Staying the struts may need to be replaced or the computer programming. I declined. I told my daughter and she YouTubed it in the Nissan manual and it clearly stated that it simply needed to be reset. While in the open position, hold the button down until it beeps. Done and recalibrated. Free$99! I will never be back. Thanks

David, my sales person - was attentive, but not pushy. He went the extra mile to find the vehicle I wanted, didn't show me a bunch of models I didn't want - and even drove several hours to pick up my vehicle from another dealer. The price was fair - and Bobby in Finance was also fantastic. Made everything easy. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years. From Zach in service - to the fine people in sales - the service keeps me coming back.

I visited the service department to see why my engine light was on & got excellent help from Tony. He explained to me why the light was on and what part needed to be ordered to fix the issue! The part was replaced quickly and my car has been running smoothly ever since. This was probably the easiest visit I’ve ever had at a service department thanks to Tony. Will definitely visit again the next time I need a service!
