I was trained to be a CPA so I'm typically a tough customer, but Phil really knows his stuff and offers fair and practical guidance.It's pretty common for CPA firms to occasionally receive complaints about being "too slow", however I find a lot of that is because many customers don't consider the Cost/Quality/Speed trilemma. Phil is good and affordable, which means he's in high demand. If you're looking for a fast turnaround during tax season, be prepared to pay him a lot more or accept lower quality somewhere else.
