As a client and as a licensed adjuster - I have always recommended Caliber Collision. The attention to detail and customer service has always been excellent. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this process so seemless for me and my family. :)

This is the second time I’ve had my vehicle at this shop, for two different claims and incidents within the last 3 months.
The staff is very nice; however, the workmanship is poor. On my first claim, the damage was mostly cosmetic, so the repairs were fairly light. They did an okay job overall, but my main issue was with the chrome delete. Whoever they use for wrapping either lacks experience or doesn’t know how to properly wrap vehicles. The wrap was not tucked under the fenders or hood; instead, it was cut directly on the surface with crooked lines. There were many visible air bubbles, and by the time my wife picked up the car, the wrap was already coming off. When we mentioned it, the representative said that’s “how it is” and that we could remove it if we wanted.
On the second claim, there was actual damage. The hood and bumper were wrapped again, and despite my previous complaint, the quality was still poor. The hood and bumper are uneven and not aligned correctly.
I intentionally returned to this location instead of going to the dealership so they could also fix the wrap issues from the first claim (trying to help them as they could collect funds on second claim). I should have known better. They didn’t even complete the chrome delete this time!! I explained that the vehicle should be returned in the same condition it was received - minus repairs.
Additionally, when we picked up the car, it wouldn’t start and had to be jumped, likely due to sitting there for over 40 days. We were told it would be fine. Unfortunately, my son only made it about five minutes down the road to get gas before the car wouldn’t start again. Caliber had to send someone out to jump it. He then made it another ten minutes down the road before the car died completely. Luckily, I had a battery warranty and only had to pay a $40 fee the following day to replace it, but very annoying and inconvenient.
Once again, the representative/s was polite and said they would correct the issues, but I shouldn’t have to come back again. It’s an inconvenience to my work schedule and puts us down to one car for an extended period of time.
This was my experience—perhaps yours will be better.

My car was rear ended, and suffered significant damage. Caliber collision went above and beyond my expectations. You would never know my car was in an accident and was repaired. I highly recommend caliber collision for any needs. They keep you informed from start to finish.

Worst place ever!!!!!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. I took my car for a simple repair to get my hood and front light replaced and it took over 3 weeks ! The positive reviews are a lie . Do not ever pick this place !! I will never ever go here again!! This company needs to be destroyed and shut down ASAP ??????

UPDATED 9-30-24,
I am still waiting for the completion of my vehicle however I just recievd a call from Enterprise and Caliber Collision spoke with them to extend my rental until the completion of the repairs. For this reason I am deleting portions of my original post and changing their rating. I'm not going to say that this experience did not have its difficulties. However, considering supply and demand issues, and the fact that some companies are not fully staffed, it's understandable for the time it took for the repairs.
Originally posted 9-29-24,
Caliber Collision is a stand-up company. They work with your insurance company to get the repairs completed on your vehicle as quickly as possible, and they also make arangements for a rental car when you bring in your vehicle.
The first time I used Caliber Collision, I was only out of my vehicle for maybe 2-3 weeks. The insurance company covered the rental, but Caliber made arrangements with Enterprise to have them pick me up after dropping off my vehicle. I was also able to return the rental to Caliber Collision when I picked up my vehicle when it was completed.
This first experience with Caliber Collision raised the bar so high the first time that I used them, that I knew I would not go anywhere else if I ever needed to.
Recently, I had to bring in my wife's car that she had an at fault single car accident in the day before she passed away. The damage was somewhat minimal and under 5,000 dollars. I had an appointment to drop the car off on 8-26 but the estimate was not completed until 9-4. Today is 9-29 and the car was supposed to be completed on 9-27(AS NOTED ABOVE CALIBERRESOLVED THIS FOR ME).

Hopefully they will ( and they did) help make this right so I can adjust my rating and this post.
I'm not sure what the reason was for everything taking so long. (I can only assume that it was issues with Parts Supply).
The pictures are of the original rim and tire that were damaged when she had the accident. Also, the bumper, fender, door, wheel well and strut were damaged, I purchased a used rim and Tire to see how bad the vehicle drove and it wasn't good. I was a bit confused because the estimate stated that it should be a 12-day repair (probably just based off of Shop hours), but the updated information from Geico had changed it to 32 days.
Considering everything, I am confirming that I feel like everything came to a resolve this morning. Of all the reviews that I leave, this one has been the hardest.
But with that being said, I would still recommend Caliber Collision to any of my friends or family and to anybody that reads this.

Lourdes and Magaly are outstanding! Their customer first mindset was phenomenal; they both were very knowledgeable, Lourdes always kept me well informed of the work required and being done, they returned my car much sooner than expected and cleaner inside and outside than the condition I'd dropped it off in, and even communicated with the rental car company to arrange pick ups and drop offs for me for convenience. Lourdes also dropped my vehicle off for me for convenience; they arranged for a technician to come in earlier than usual to work on additional repairs, they kept me updated via phone calls, texts, and emails. All around the best car repair shop I've ever interacted with. Their customer service is 25/10 would highly recommend! Give those ladies cost of living raises, those are the kind of employees that will keep customers happy if you take care of them. Thanks again!
