“I had a great experience at Express Wash in Longwood! The facility is very well-run, clean, and organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Marianne, who helped me sign up for my membership. She took the time to explain the different options and convinced me that the Diamond Membership was the best choice for me. I’m very grateful for her assistance and how knowledgeable and welcoming she was throughout the entire process. Everyone on the staff has been friendly and willing to answer any questions I’ve had, which really makes a difference. You can tell the team takes pride in providing great customer service and keeping the facility running smoothly. I definitely wanted to take the time to leave this review and recognize Rosalie for her amazing work and customer service. She made the sign-up process easy and enjoyable.
